The aim of the Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes is to disseminate mathematical knowledge, promote mathematical thinking, highlight the importance of mathematical applications in various fields, publish original and innovative research in mathematics and related disciplines, and bridge the gap between theoretical mathematical concepts and their practical implementation.
Manuscript Submission
Submission
of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before;
that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its
publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the
responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the
work has been carried out.
The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there
be any claims for compensation.
Permissions
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have
already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the
copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence
that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any
material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the
authors.
Online Submission
Please submit your article from the "Submit a Manuscript" link on the right. Articles are not accepted by mail.
Title Page
The title page should have the names of the author(s). Also, the title should be short and informative. It should be stated who the Corresponding author is
The following information should be written on the last page (after the references).
· Author names and affiliations Provide the full postal address of each author’s affiliation, including the country name and, if available, the e-mail address of each author;
· The e-mail address of the corresponding author
· The 16-digit ORCID of the author(s)
Abstract
A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone.
Keywords
Provide a maximum of 6 keywords. Keywords should be written in alphabetical order. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.
Classification Codes
Please provide classification codes as per the standard AMS codes (2020 Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC2020)). A full list and information for these can be found at https://mathscinet.ams.org/msnhtml/msc2020.pdf.
Formatting Requirements
All manuscripts should contain the essential elements needed to convey your manuscript, for example, Abstract, Keywords, Classification Codes, Introduction, Results, Conclusions, and References.
Text Formatting
Manuscripts must be sent as Pdf when uploaded to the system for the first time. However, if the article is accepted, it should upload the Latex file written in Journal format and figure files, if any, to the system. Please use MSAEN Latex macro package.
Please download the source files by right-clicking on the link and choosing save as.
msaen.tex (Change the name of the Tex file to "msaen")
msaenart.cls (Change the name of the Cls file to "msaenart")
logo (Change the name of the logo file to "msaen")
Creative Common (Change the name of the Creative Common file to "cc")
Figure captions
Ensure that each illustration (figure) has a caption. A caption should comprise a brief title (not on the figure itself) and a description of the illustration.
Tables
Please submit tables as editable text and not as images. Tables can be placed either next to the relevant text in the article, or on separate page(s) at the end. Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text and place any table notes below the table body. Please ensure that each table has a caption.
Article Information
Fill in the Article information section in the latex file completely.
References
General Considerations Regarding References
The author is responsible for the accuracy of the references. All listed references must be cited in the text. Articles that have been accepted for publication should be listed with the expected year of publication (if known) and the name of the journal. In place of volume and page numbers, add (in press) at the end.
Reference Style and Format
The list of references at the end is arranged in numerical order. Include the DOI number if one exists. Citations in the text should be identified by
appropriate numbers in square brackets, and consecutive references should be
concatenated (e.g. [7, 12-15]). The names of all authors should be listed.
References by the same author or group of authors should be listed in
chronological order.
References should be styled as follows, with correct punctuation:

After Acceptance
Proofs
One set of page proofs (as a PDF file) will be sent by e-mail to the
corresponding author or, a link will be provided in the e-mail so that authors
can download the file themselves.
We will do everything possible to publish your article quickly and accurately. It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back to us in one communication: please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility.
Offprints
Full-text Access to all papers is available for free so as to reach the widest
possible audiences. No reprints will be offered, however.
Accepted Manuscripts
Upon acceptance of a paper, the Editorial Office will ask the Author to
send the source TeX file of the final accepted version of the paper and the
files of the figures. If necessary, the author(s) would be asked to revise the
manuscript according to the referees' suggestions.
5. Intellectual Property

• Editors may retract the article in case of major errors/violations that invalidate the findings and results.
• Editors may issue a statement of concern if there is a possibility of abusive research or publication by the authors, if there is evidence that the findings are unreliable and the authors' institutions have not investigated the incident, or if the potential investigation seems unfair or inconclusive. COPE and ICJME guidelines are taken into account with regard to the correction, retraction, and expression of concern.
7. Publication of Studies Based on Surveys and Interviews
Aiming to establish ethical assurance in scientific periodicals, MSAEN journal adopts the principles of the "Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors" and the "Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers" published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). In this scope, the following aspects should adhere to the studies submitted to the journal:
• Ethics committee approval should be obtained for research conducted in all the disciplines that require ethics committee approval, and this approval should be stated and documented in the article.
• In studies that require ethics committee approval, information about the approval (committee name, date, and issue number) may be included in the method section of the study. However, in the case of reports, information about the informed consent and the signed consent form should be included in the Article Information Form at the end of the article.
